No two rooms need the same thing, so we do not sell a fixed package. What follows are the three levels most events start from. The final proposal is built around your venue, your guest count and the hours you actually need.

Signature Experience

The complete build. Structure, LED and effects with technical direction, for events where the production itself is part of the invitation.

All three include consultation, a planning call and event day setup. Coverage is typically four to five hours; additional hours are quoted with the venue rules in mind.

None of the three? Then we build the fourth.

Plenty of events do not fit a level. A corporate morning that only needs sound and a screen. A wedding that needs ceremony audio and nothing else until the reception. A Sweet 15 where the LED floor matters more than the hours.

About the investment

Straight answers about price.

Because the same guest count can mean two completely different jobs. A ballroom with a loading dock and a venue with three flights of stairs need the same equipment and a very different crew and setup time. A fixed number would either overcharge the easy rooms or underdeliver in the hard ones.

Guest count, venue access and setup time, how many hours you need covered, whether the ceremony and reception are in different spaces, and how much structure the room requires. Distance matters only when the venue is well outside Greater Boston.

Most events run four to five hours of coverage. Setup and breakdown are not counted against that time. Additional hours are quoted upfront rather than added afterwards.

A signed contract and a deposit of 40 percent. The remaining balance is due by the day of the event. Until both are in place the date stays open to other clients.

Yes, as long as the equipment is available for your date and the venue allows it. Most upgrades happen after the walkthrough, when the layout is confirmed and the room makes the decision obvious.

Not within Boston and roughly 25 miles around downtown. Beyond that it depends on the distance and the load in, and it is always quoted before the contract, never added later.
